Los Angeles Nannies

HONEST HOUSE PROMISE

Protecting and ensuring our nannies feel comfortable entering and working in an employer’s home is as important to us as your children’s safety. The Honest House Promise is what sets us apart and allows us to attract Southern California’s top childcare professionals.
The Honest House Promise is a set of guidelines that are required for each family to agree to, which in turn creates a more cohesive, communicative and protective environment for both nanny and family. Just as our families entrust us to cultivate a safe environment for their children, we entrust our families to cultivate the same safe environment for our nannies.
The Honest House Promise is our commitment in partnership with families to create a sustainable environment for nannies.

Legally Paid through Payroll

An additional layer of protection which solidifies the employer employee relationship is ensuring legal classification of employment and adhering to all State and Federal Laws. This protects both nanny and family from potential lawsuits down the line. We partner with Homework Solutions domestic payroll to handle the whole process.

Consistent Schedule / Guaranteed Hours

When your employee signs up for the position, they also plan on that schedule and income. We can provide employees that work with flexible schedules, but will still be assigned a minimum amount of hours per week. If you are going on vacation or unavailable for a while, we require that you pay the nanny their minimum guaranteed hours whether you need them or not. That way they can rely on their profession to be consistent.
